Jillian Holden
Dr. Jillian Holden graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC) in 2024. Jillian has recently moved back to her hometown Conception Bay South, Newfoundland after spending 4 years living in Ontario. 🎓
Prior to attending CMCC Jillian completed her undergraduate degree at Memorial University, graduating with a Bachelor of Kinesiology (Honours) in 2020. Although Jillian has enjoyed her time in Ontario, she is excited to be back in Newfoundland and to help those in her home province live and happier and healthier life through chiropractic care! 😃
Since a young age, Jillian has been passionate about physical activity. She has a background in a variety of different sports, including figure skating, volleyball, hockey, and soccer. This lead to a special interest in the prevention and rehabilitation of sport-related injuries! 🏃
Jillian’s goal as a chiropractor is to provide patient-centered care that will help others improve their health and overall well-being. Jillian will provide a variety of evidence-based treatment techniques to help individuals get back to performing the activities that they love! 💪
The treatment provided by Jillian will be individualized to each patient’s preferences, and can include different techniques such as manipulations/mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, rehabilitation, patient education, and lifestyle modifications! 😎

Julian Meier
Julian is a Registered Physiotherapist with a strong interest in movement, sports performance, and injury recovery. He completed his Master of Physical Therapy at Western University in London, Ontario after earning a B.Sc. in Kinesiology from McMaster University. His background includes treating a wide range of orthopedic and sports-related injuries, with a particular focus on ankles, knees, and shoulders in athletic populations!
Julian’s rehabilitation approach is active, results-driven, and tailored to each individual. He combines exercise-based therapy, manual therapy techniques, and education to support recovery and improve performance — whether a person is returning to sport, managing a persistent issue, or aiming to move more efficiently.
Growing up playing competitive soccer and dealing with his own injuries has given Julian firsthand insight into the impact that effective rehab can have. He continues to play soccer and enjoys being active outdoors, including hiking and trail running. Outside of the clinic, Julian is an avid sports fan (Go Raptors and Leafs!), and he enjoys downtime with good shows, board games, and spending time with friends.

Sarah Patten Registered Massage Therapist
Sarah received her registration from the CMTNL in 2016. She is currently in good standing and an active member of the CMTNL as well as the NLMTA.
Her experience has been working in multidisciplinary settings with Athletic Therapists, Physiotherapists, Acupuncturists, and Chiropractors. Sarah has been helping patients reach their rehabilitation goals for 8 years.

Andrew Small
Andrew recently completed his Masters of Science in Physiotherapy at Dalhousie University, following a Bachelor of Human Kinetics and Recreation (Co-operative) from Memorial University in 2023.
Growing up in the rural town of Baie Verte, Newfoundland, Andrew developed a love for athletics, participating in every sport offered by his local school. In his graduating year of high school, he was nominated for the SSNL 2A Athlete of the Year award. While he enjoyed a wide range of sports, Andrew primarily focused on ice hockey, playing AAA with the Central IcePak for four years.
During his undergraduate studies, Andrew began resistance training and developed a strong interest in strength and conditioning. Through these experiences, Andrew became particularly interested in the application of strength and conditioning to rehabilitation and athletic development and strongly believes it is a cornerstone of physiotherapy.
Prior to joining Attain, Andrew completed a physiotherapy placement at the Janeway Children’s Health and Rehabilitation Centre, where he primarily worked with adolescent athletic populations. Through his experience working with patients recovering from ACL reconstruction, he developed a strong interest in ACL rehabilitation and return-to-sport programming. In this role, he designed and implemented individualized exercise programs to help patients with a wide range of injuries safely return to sport and meet the physical demands of their activities.
Outside of the clinic, Andrew enjoys resistance training, playing hockey, listening to training and physiotherapy podcasts, and watching sports.

Ryan Stratton
Ryan is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) based in Newfoundland, specializing in sports massage and performance optimization. Working with the Attain Team, he brings hands-on expertise to athletes and active individuals focused on peak performance, injury prevention, and rapid recovery.
With a lifelong passion for sports, training, and coaching, Ryan has deep experience supporting high-level athletes, including serving time as team trainer for the Newfoundland Rogues Basketball Organization. This background fuels his targeted approach to bodywork, blending deep-tissue massage, joint mobilizations, myofascial release, cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (scraping), and customized recovery strategies to address pain, tissue imbalances and sport-specific demands.,

Jeff Webber
(He/Him/His)
Jeff grew up in Conception Bay South, Newfoundland, where he played multiple sports, including hockey, soccer, and squash. Being involved in sports as a youth is where Jeff developed his passion to work in a training and rehabilitative environment focusing on athletics performance.
In 2014, Jeff graduated from Memorial University with a Bachelor of Kinesiology degree with an honours distinction. Following this, in 2016, Jeff attended Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, where he completed a Master of Science in Physical Therapy.
Outside of the clinic, Jeff serves as the Physiotherapist/Trainer for the Pinnacle Growlers AAA U18 team and the Islanders high-performance baseball program.
Since Jeff’s involvement with the Islanders 16U Baseball Club, he has been certified as a Champion Performance Specialist, allowing him to conduct Performance Assessments on athletes to identify deficits in movement, aimed at reducing the risk of injury through individualized treatment plans.
In addition, he has also virtually attended the 2020 American Sports Medical Institute’s Injuries in Baseball Conference, where he continued to learn and enhance his skills related to baseball rehabilitation.
Jeff utilizes hands-on proven methods of treatment with many elite athletes within the province, aiding in their athletic success on the provincial, national, and international stage.
Jeff founded Attain Physiotherapy & Sport Performance Centre with the goal of providing an appropriate environment for athletes to rehabilitate injuries, train at an elite level, and develop their performance to achieve their goals and prevent injuries.
